RVS
The RVS series are robust and heavy duty liquid ring vacuum pumps, available as single stage pump block model, suitable to compress gas and vapours in industrial processes.
- Vacuum up to 33 mbar(a)
- Pressure up to 2,000 mbar(g)
- Capacity up to 4,200 m³/h
The main Features:
- RVS series is able to pump gases and vapours
- Nearly isothermal compression of gases
- No lubricant in contact with pumped gas
- The service liquid can be separated from the gas in a liquid separator and can be recirculated either partially or entirely, after a proper cooling.
- Safe operation and minimum maintenance
- Reduced noise and vibration
Range
KRVS units cover pump sizes from RVS 7 to RVS 60
KRVS
The KRVS are units developed for generating vacuum in the most varied sectors, such as the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical or textile industries
- Vacuum up to 33 mbar(a)
- Pressure up to 2,000 mbar(g)
- Capacity up to 4,200 m³/h
Main features
- Robust and reliable
- Easy to maintain
- Low water consumption
- Minimum noise and vibrations.
The wide range of available materials allows the application in the most varied sectors, such as the chemical, petrol-chemical, pharmaceutical, textiles sectors
CRVS Unit
The compact vacuum systems CRVS are equipped with a pump coupled with the electric motor trough elastic direct coupling. This ensures a perfect alignment, optimal and long-lasting operation. The CRVS base was specifically designed to guarantee high stiffness and low vibration.
Advantage
Thanks to the recovery manifold both CRVS and LVRS units can be supplied with partial recirculation, achieving thus a substantial service water saving.
LRVS Unit
The compact vacuum systems LRVS feature belt and pulley drive, an oscillating motor thanks to a patented system, which makes it possible to reduce the load on the motor bearings and pump, by keeping constant over time the belt tension. This makes it possible to easily adapt the drive to various motors sizes without any unit dimensionial changes. The V-Belt coupling allows to select the optimum speed for the vacuum pump ensuring the correct capacity without waste of energy.
